Every parcel comes with a tracking number. You can enter the number in ICC's tracking system and stay informed in real time.

ICC makes contact by phone or through SMS and email and, if needed, arranges a new delivery attempt or collection from a store or agency in the area.

Yes. Saturday delivery and same-day shipping are available, in selected areas and by arrangement. Ideal for e-shops, urgent shipments or special projects.

Yes. ICC has special services for:

• tenders and legal documents
• perishable products or fragile items
• bulky or heavy items, up to 25 kg

Yes. Shipment insurance and full traceability are available. In the event of loss or damage, the prescribed compensation procedure is followed.
